Life Sucks runs from March 28 to April 14 at the Overture Center for the Arts.Miss SaigonBased on Puccini's opera Madame Butterfly, Miss Saigon tells the tragic romance between an American soldier and a Vietnamese girl during the Vietnam War. It is written by French composer Claude-Michel Schönberg and lyrist Alain Boublil, the duo that wrote Les Miserables the musical. However, it should also be noted that Miss Saigon has long been criticized for its stereotypical Asian characters. Miss Saigon opens at the Overture Center for the Arts on April 2.Twilight BowlUniversity Theatre's Twilight Bowl runs from April 11 to April 28 at Hemsley Theatre.
